The service is provided for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any decisions based on outputs from the platform.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for

• Ensuring data entered is accurate and lawful
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Any decisions made using the outputs of the service

We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete inputs.

Intellectual property

All software, designs and content remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non exclusive right to use the service for your internal business purposes.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, revenue or business opportunity
• Decisions taken based on modelling outputs

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months, or zero where the service is provided free of charge.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required for legal or security reasons. You may terminate your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
